Your Immersion, On Your Schedule

Flexible by design: start your month of unlimited home training anytime in August, September, or October — and family members can train on the system too. Live clinician calls meet Wednesdays in October, 12:00–1:30 PM ET.

Your training month (Aug–Oct): Equipment arrives; setup takes about 20 minutes. Train as often as you like for four weeks — sessions are 33 minutes and run themselves.

Questions, Answered

When does the program run?

Live clinician calls meet Wednesdays — October 7, 14, 21, and 28 — from 12:00 to 1:30 PM ET. Your month of unlimited home training is flexible: start anytime in August, September, or October, whenever suits your schedule.

How much time does this take?

Less than you'd think. Sessions are 33 minutes and run themselves — many people train while relaxing or reading. Beyond that, it's the four 90-minute October calls and self-paced certification coursework. The training month fits around your schedule, not the other way around.

Can my family members train too?

Yes. During your rental month, family members can train on the system at no extra cost — a benefit many participants use to see how neurofeedback supports different people.

Do I need any technical background to run the equipment?

No. NeurOptimal® is fully automated. Setup takes about 20 minutes with our orientation, and sessions run themselves. We include tech support throughout.

What does Basic Certification include?

The official NeurOptimal® Basic Certification course covering the theory of Dynamical Neurofeedback®, session mechanics, and client considerations. It's completed online at your own pace during the program.

Are CE credits available?

No — this program does not offer continuing education credits. The certification is issued through NeurOptimal® and reflects professional training in their system.

How does billing work?

Your card is charged $299 at enrollment, then monthly until all four payments are complete (total $1,196).

What is the refund policy?

Full refund any time before your equipment ships. After equipment has shipped, payments are non-refundable.

Do I have to become a provider or refer clients afterward?

No. The program is designed to help you make an informed decision — referral partnership, continued personal training, and practice integration are all optional paths.
