Neurofeedback Home Rental Program Shipping Policy


Neurofeedback Training Co. is proud to offer nationwide shipping of our top-quality neurofeedback home units within the continental U.S. With our convenient flat-rate shipping option, your order will arrive at your doorstep in just 2 business days with FedEx Express shipment.

Before any system is rented and shipped, our dedicated team goes above and beyond to ensure its pristine condition. Not only do we meticulously clean all physical parts, but we also perform thorough software maintenance to guarantee that the system is up-to-date and functioning flawlessly.

All our rental equipment and its components are wiped down thoroughly with a disinfectant prior to shipment. We ask our clients to do the same if possible and always keep the equipment clean while using it.


Neurofeedback At Home Inventory

We are doing our best to get units to our customers in the shortest time possible.  If there is a wait, we will let you know an approximate delivery date and send you updates every few days.  

Our goal is to meet our customer’s needs in the shortest time possible.  We want everyone to benefit from NeurOptimal® as soon as possible in this very stressful time.


Shipping & Pick Up Locations

Free pick-up and drop-off is available at our clinic in New York City (Union Square)

We are also offering home pick-up from FedEx so that clients do not need to go out to return their system.  Please remember to keep your box and return label for an easy return.

Fed-Ex is our carrier of choice.


Good to know about your Shipment

  • Signature is required.
  • We cannot ship to a P.O. box. Enter your closest FedEx location address in your reservation and pick up in person.
  • Please re-use the packaging material, get an Extra Large FedEx box at their office, or buy your own if you no longer have the box.

Shipment to Canada

We also offer shipping to Canada with a 2 month minimum rental time. We are not able to include return labels for international orders.


Shipment to Europe or any other countries

If you’d like to ship to any other country, please contact us here or use the chat widget to inquire.


Free Pick Up Locations

Pick up or drop off for free is available at our clinic in New York City, NY. Visit us at 32 Union Square East, S. 1017, New York, NY 10003.


Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska

Due to shipment cost to Hawaii and Alaska there is a two months minimum rental.
