Each week, we will introduce a new meditation technique—Mindfulness of Breath, Mindfulness of Sound, Mindfulness of Body, and Compassion Practice—while also exploring how NeurOptimal® brain training can enhance your meditation experience.
Whether you're an experienced meditator or someone struggling to establish a consistent practice, this course will provide valuable tools and insights. While ideal for those who already use NeurOptimal, you do not need to be a NeurOptimal user to join.

Do I need to be using NeurOptimal to benefit from the class?
No, you do not need to be using NeurOptimal to participate in or benefit from the class. This course is open to everyone, regardless of whether you own a NeurOptimal system. The meditation techniques taught are universally beneficial for reducing stress, improving focus, and enhancing overall well-being.
